After booking a new patient exam you will receive an email with a link to a new patient form. Please complete this form prior to arriving for your appointment, this makes sure your appointment time will be focused on you and not paperwork. Your new patient exam will last approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour and will include a thorough exam, discussion on possible treatment options, and a treatment. The treatment will include an adjustment and may include soft tissue work, IASTM, cupping, exercises, etc. For your appointment it is best to wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in.

I do not accept insurance as I am a cash based practice. However, Medicare insurance is an exception as by law it must be accepted.
